We know – Valentine’s Day completely snuck up on you, too. You’re still cleaning up from Christmas and completely forgot to make reservations for you and your special someone tonight. Luckily, there are plenty of reservations still available on Open Table, and we’ve collected our top five picks – along with suggestions on what to wear, and what to order. We love you, too!

Kittichai 60 Thompson St., 6:30pm
We’re a bit in love with this luxe Thai spot on Thompson St., and since the reservation is available at 6:30pm, we recommend diving into their tasting menu, especially if this is your fist visit. Their Valentine’s Day menu includes Long Island Duck Breast, Pan Seared Black Cod, and Grilled Sirloin Steak, so you really can’t go wrong. To stay true to the holiday, we recommend a feminine yet sophisticated outfit from Thai designer Nuj Novakhett and edgy nude Jeffrey Campbell wedges.

Boulud Sud 20 West 64th St., 10:00pm
It might be a late night for dinner, but it’s sure to be worth it. Boulud’s latest restaurant is a Mediterranean destination that’s crowded regardless of the occasion. However, since it’s steps from both Central Park and Lincoln Center, we recommend a romantic (albeit brisk) walk around the area before grabbing a drink nextdoor at Bar Boulud before the main event: Grilled Lamb Merguez, House Made Ricotta Cavatelli, Charred Atlantic Salmon, and Neroli Chocolate Tart. Keep the look as casually elegant as the interior with a stunning black Ralph Lauren dress.

Vin et Fleurs, 69 Thompson St., 9:00pm
If you’re looking for something a bit more simple, Vit en Fleurs is the place. Not only is it one of the highest rated restaurants on Open Table, it’s moderately priced and has exceptional service, with a noticeable emphasisi on food. I recommend the seasoned Saute Beef Tenderloin, Chicken Paillard, and housemade pate. This dinner date is a bit more casual, so this simple nude Alice + Olivia dress would do nicely.
