Rent Revival

As always, fashion repeats itself like history, so it’s no surprise that the nineties are back. Yet for the off-Broadway revival for rent, costume designer Angela Wendt is changing up the character’s classic looks from the original production. According to W Magazine, Wendt feels “it would be good to go a little more gritty and closer up on the detail” and is toning down each character while making the stage space more intimate.
