Matt Damon’s House Hunt

Matt Damon’s most recent pit stop on his search for a new home has been at 1030 Fifth Avenue.  It’s surprising to believe that the 9,000 square-foot, eight bedroom, four-fireplace home, with a view of Central Park has plummeted in price from $47.5 million to $19.9 million.  Yet another drastic price drop we have seen in the past few months.
