Recent talk has suggested that Billy Joel’s 14-acre waterfront estate in Long Island is now up for sale for $37.5 million in lieu of the recent announcement of his divorce with Katie Lee. It is also rumored that Lee will take their Greenwich Village townhouse, and Joel is searching for a new primary residence. Joel’s decision to sell the estate has come in and out of media light. I wonder what will happen with his beautiful estate…
